What is Happening:
Work in the Boboyan regeneration area. Tools provided.
According to the website of the National Parks Association of the ACT, the Gudgenby Bush Regeneration Group (GBRG) was established to lobby for the removal of the Boboyan Pine Plantation in Namadgi National Park and rehabilitate the area. Logging began in 1997 and the last trash of the pine trees was burnt in April 2005. The GBRG has regular work parties to replant native species and remove weeds.

Meet at the Namadgi Visitor Centre, Tharwa at 9:15am or Yankee Hat car park at 10:00am.
