Participate in Renewable Energy Day on 21 November

For the first time, there will be a special Renewable Energy Day organised in Canberra to promote and showcase the benefits, opportunities and challenges presented by the growth of the renewable energy industry in the NSW-ACT cross border region.

Renewable Energy Day is an initiative of SERREE, the South East Region of Renewable Energy Excellence, a collaborative network of renewable energy stakeholders across south east NSW and the ACT. It comprises NSW and ACT government agencies, Regional Development Australia committees – Southern Inland, ACT and Far South Coast, and includes research, industry, education, and community stakeholders. The objective of SERREE is to boost growth, diversity and productivity in our regional economy and to assist the region to move towards greater  environmental sustainability.

Renewable Energy Day will feature three renewable Energy Hubs in Canberra, Bungendore and Gunning.
