Description of Services:
OzHarvest Canberra rescues food from food retailers, restaurants, event caterers, manufacturers, institutions and corporate offices.
They deliver food free of charge to shelters, refuges and charities that support men, women and children who are disadvantaged in the community.
The delivery of food by OzHarvest enables recipient charities to redirect funds originally budgeted for food to other programs such as education, training and rehabilitation.
