It looks like a few fully electric cars with longer range, and more economical price than currently, are coming to Australia in 2018-19, for example, the Tesla model 3 and Nissan Leaf 2018. 

I'm not sure whether the Renault Zoe is coming 

Also, while GM is manufacturing the fully electric Chevrolet Bolt, there is no indication it is going to be imported to Australia. It is interesting, because according to one article I read, the concept was designed and developed in Melbourne. See: https://myelectriccar.com.au/chevrolet-bolt/
