The University of Canberra offers what looks like a very interesting post-graduate unit on sustainability called "Sustainable Futures, Sustainable Communities". The unit description for it says:
"In this unit students will be introduced to the principles of the triple bottom line of social, economic and ecological sustainability. Initially students will examine ways in which they can lead more sustainable lifestyles. The methods by which community development and community education can facilitate change towards sustainability will be then examined."
I gather you can do it as a non-degree subject and pretty soon, you'll be able to see the course materials online.

I just spotted a video on YouTube about an Environmental Design Students' 2020 Sustainability Summit at the University of Canberra over a year ago. The video refers to a report the students prepared at the end of the summit. It would be good to obtain a copy of that report – has anyone seen it?
