Discussion forum on National Energy Guarantee

What’s happening:
The ANU Energy Change Institute invites you to a special discussion forum on the National Energy Guarantee (NEG), with keynote speaker Clare Savage, Deputy Chair of the Energy Security Board.

The NEG proposes to deliver both guaranteed reliability to provide dispatchable electricity, and emissions reductions that will contribute to Australia’s international commitments.

Hear from Clare Savage in the leadup to the NEG decision at the COAG Energy Minister’s Council meeting on April 20th, and participate in the discussion with a panel of experts from the ANU Energy Change Institute, from industry and other stakeholders.

4.40 – 5pm    Panel member presentations: including Prof Frank Jotzo, Crawford School of Public Policy, ANU and Dr John Soderbaum, ACIL Allen Consulting. Other panel members to be confirmed.
