What is Happening:
Crash your Carbon food miles.
The Canberra Harvest Festival is on again! The Festival is back this year with delicious, local organic goodies, workshops, organic gardens, a gourmet organic lunch, great live music and even a biggest & best organic fruit & vegetable competition!! There’ll be free workshops on everything from planting your winter crop to bottling it, pizza oven and chook shed demonstrations, raw food and rehydrating the Australian landscape. There are also kids activities so you can grab a coffee & cake and keep an eye on the little ones from afar.
So come along to the lovely grounds of the Environment Centre, surrounded by organic gardens on the lake, stop in at a workshop, have a local lunch to the sweet sounds of The Wedded Bliss & Gypsy Jazz, and crash your carbon ‘food miles’ with some great local produce.![]()
