Canberra’s Living Green Festival on 16 October, 2011 at the Albert Hall. The Living Green Festival (LGF) promotes ‘a kinder shade of green’ by raising awareness in the ACT community of the environmental challenges our planet is facing and by encouraging and promoting simple but effective ways which individuals can make a difference. The LGF will be a fun-filled day of entertainment, demonstrations and performances along with ethical, environmentally-friendly, cruelty-free products and services on sale, for people dedicated to leaving the planet in a good shape for generations to come. The Festival has the support of many local organisations involved with sustainability and animal protection in the community, as well as the ACT Government.
