Description of Services:
The Bega Valley Network Incorporated is a Not-For-Profit community organisation dedicated to strengthening the sustainability of local communities across Australia. We manage:
- AUSTCOM a national network of community websites providing access to community groups, businesses and individuals to the latest in communication technologies including Content Management Systems, e commerce, database and email based communication tools.
- SUSTAIN a high quality quarterly journal combining input from three peak community groups; AUSTCOM, Clean Energy For Eternity and The Sapphire Coast Producers Association.
- Facilitation and co-ordination of locally based development projects that enhance local sustainability; community based tourism promotion, community gardens, buy local promotional campaigns etc.
